Owner and operator Heidi Foland is a licensed massage therapist, specially trained in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage therapy. After completing her training program in May 2003, Heidi founded Renewed Spirit and has been working hard to bring clients that level of serenity that can only be reached through the total relaxation that comes from deep tissue massage. Heidi has experience with clients of all ages and needs, ranging from the elderly and expecting moms, to teenagers and children.
